Sketch Frenzy Friday SFF07292011

It's Friday! So that means Sketch Frenzy Friday Time!

This week's sketch was brought to us by Tammy Fite! I hope you enjoy and decide to create with us and upload your sketch to our group blog.

Here is the sketch Tammy gave us:

And here is my sketch:

I am still posting Make and Take pictures, but slower than I would like.  My baby has been sick with a virus all week so I have not been able to get on the computer as much.  Please be patient and I will get them all loaded as well as some displays and pictures of onstage demonstrations.

Please use this as inspiration to create a card to upload to the Sketch Frenzy Friday blog! We enjoy looking at all the cards that are inspired by the design team sketches. Now, on to the next blog on the tour, Tammy Fite. I hope you enjoy!

Convention 2011 Make and Takes

"Stampin' Card Keeper Box"

Here is a couple pictures of one of the Make and Takes from our annual Stampin' Up! convention this year.  We were given the box kit and all the supplies needed to decorate it.  Our make and take sessions were so over the top this year.  I only got the flower for this box complete and the fabric, yes fabric cut to cover the box lid.  I am thinking I will get some of this fabric now and possibly cove the bottom of the box.  Doesn't this box make you want to buy more and decorate them?  I will be.  I plan to buy lots of these and sort all of my swaps by category in them.  I also plan to have a few of them to make up cards using our Free Convention Attendee only stamp set to send out to hostesses, customers, downline, etc.  I loved the stamp set and that it would be so useful in our business on a daily basis!

Stampin' Supplies:

Stamps: Best Friends Forever

Paper: Island Indigo, Lucky Limeade (textured), Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler (textured), More Mustard (textured), Timeless Portrait DSP, On Board Medley

Ink: Basic Black Classic, More Mustard Classic

Accessories & Tools: Basic Black Grosgrain Ribbon, Timeless Portrait Designer Fabric, Crystal Bauble, Crop-a-dile, Blossoms Petal Punch, Fancy Flower Punch, Lace Ribbon Punch, 2 1/2" Circle Punch, Stampin' Dimensionals, Snail Adhesive, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Sticky Strip, Bone Folder, Designer Sanding Block, Paper Snips, Pencil

I am at Stampin' Up's annual convention this week in Salt Lake City, Utah!  We are learning so much as well as doing alot of swapping and stamping.  I used some of the techniques that I have learned with the ribbon on this card.  I really hope you enjoy and look for more techniques from MY Digital Studio in the coming posts.  I also want to let you all know that starting Monday I will begin my endeavor to post a project on my blog every day.  So check back often for all the new and exciting news and products that I will be using in the coming week!
