FAQs

Q: Do customers have to place their orders online to get the special discounts?
A: No. Demonstrator, customer, workshop, and online orders all qualify for this promotion.

Q: Is there a flyer for this sale?
A: No. This promotion is designed for online sales through the Online Store and e-mail; therefore, no flyer is needed. All sales information will be on your DBWS, the Online Store, and a promotion information page on the Customer Web Site.

Q: What if I don't have a DBWS and don't want to lose 10 percent instant income by sending my customers through the Online Store?
A: We have provided a promotion information page on the Customer Web Site. E-mail your customers a link to that page for promotion information, and then have them e-mail you with their orders.

Q: Are sale items only while supplies last?
A: With the exception of the Ultimate Stampers' Starter Bundle, all sale prices will be honored through the sales period, even if items go on backorder. Please note: The Ultimate Stampers' Starter Bundle is only available in a limited quantity; if we run out of any of the products included in this bundle, the bundle will no longer be available and the sale price will no longer be honored.

Q: Do you anticipate running out of any of the sale items?
A: While we try to accurately predict what will happen during a promotion, sometimes there are unanticipated outcomes. We have run forecasts and built supplies to prepare for this promotion, but just as is the case with any product, sometimes the forecasts don't predict actual behavior and items do go on backorder. Q: Can a customer combine free Décor Elements to get a single more expensive Décor Element?
A: No. Each free Décor Element a customer earns can only be used for a single Décor Element worth $16.95 or less.

Q: Does a customer have to spend $50 on products in the Gift-Giving Guide to qualify or can she spend $50 on any Stampin' Up! products?

Hanging Heart with notecards
